We successfully executed the construction of a multilevel parking facility with a badminton hall at the rooftop in Chanmari, Aizawl, under the Transport Department, Government of Mizoram.
During the course of the project, we faced a serious geotechnical challenge as the site was threatened by a potential landslide due to loose soil conditions. Recognizing the severity of the risk, our team proposed and constructed a mass concrete retaining wall, which not only stabilized the slope but also averted what could have been a major disaster.
The project was highly praised for its engineering foresight and execution, and today stands as a functional and safe urban infrastructure that serves both transportation and recreational needs of the community.
